Property Rental Information

After your application has been approved, your property manager will send you the lease packet. Prior to moving in you will need to complete the following:

      • Lease packet returned and signed
      • All required utilities will need to be verified in your name.
      • Copy of rental insurance declaration page.
      • Initial rent and deposit paid in secured funds (money order or certified check)

How do I pay my rent?

We accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks in the drop-boxes located at our office. You can also mail payment to P.O. Box 2161, Front Royal, VA 22630

When do I get my keys?

Before receiving your keys we will confirm that the lease packet is complete, all required funds have been paid, the utilities are in your name, and that we have received your Rental Insurance Policy. Once this has been completed and it is your move-in date, you will receive your keys.
